You retain ownership of: (a) uploaded photos and source materials, (b) resulting enhanced photos and retouched images generated for you (collectively "Enhanced Photo Output"). Subject to payment of applicable fees and adherence to these Terms, you receive a worldwide, non‑exclusive, transferable (for commercial use), royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and implement Enhanced Photo Output for lawful personal or commercial purposes.
We retain ownership of platform software, interfaces, styling assets, code, and any automation logic (including AI face retouching algorithms). Except as expressly permitted, you may not extract, copy, or redistribute platform internals.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit, and (if you opt‑in) analyze anonymized Enhanced Photo Output for quality improvement (e.g. enhancement preferences, editing settings). Private photos are not used for public model training without explicit consent.
You are solely responsible for compliance with platform policies, privacy guidelines, copyright, trademark, privacy rights, and any disclosure obligations. Enhanced photos should maintain appropriate usage rights for source materials where required and must not violate third‑party rights.
We do not guarantee specific appearance outcomes or commercial certification. Any references to "flawless portraits" or "natural results" are aspirational.
Usage may be metered via credits, content generation caps, session limits, or feature gating. Attempting to circumvent limits (multi‑account abuse, automated scraping, token manipulation) is prohibited. Unused credits may expire per plan description. We may adjust metering methodology with notice.
You will not:

Pricing, credit consumption metrics, plan inclusions, renewal cycles, and overage policies are described on the site or relevant order page. Charges are due at purchase or renewal. Except where required by law, fees are non‑refundable. We may modify pricing with notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment method validity, and compliance with usage caps.

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary damages, lost opportunities, data loss, goodwill, or reputational harm arising from use or inability to use the service or enhanced photo outputs, third‑party platform actions (e.g. content restrictions), or implementation decisions. Aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Face Editor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your misuse of the service, (b) infringement or violation of rights (IP, privacy, publicity rights), (c) breach of these Terms, (d) distribution or commercial use of Enhanced Photo Output on third‑party platforms.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our primary operating entity is organized, excluding its conflict rules. Disputes will be settled through good faith negotiation; if unresolved, binding arbitration (or competent court where arbitration not enforceable) under applicable procedural rules. You waive class action rights to the fullest extent permitted.
